1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FutureSelf ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Sinan Kulen (Turkey).

2. Service Description

FutureSelf provides AI-powered age transformation images based on photos you submit. Results are generated for entertainment purposes and may not accurately reflect actual future or past appearance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App, and legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. AI Data Processing & Third-Party Services

To generate age transformations, your photo is transmitted to Replicate (replicate.com), our AI processing provider, via our backend infrastructure (Supabase).

        What is shared: The photo you select or capture in the App.

        Who receives it: Replicate (replicate.com) for AI processing only.

        Retention: Photos are not stored on our servers after processing.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service. You will be asked to confirm your consent before any photo is processed.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

FutureSelf offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit packs:

Monthly Plan: $5.99 per month — 80 credits
Weekly Plan: $2.99 per week — 15 credits
Starter Pack: 30 credits (one-time, $8.99)
Pro Pack: 100 credits (one-time, $14.99)
Studio Pack: 250 credits (one-time, $29.99)

        Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. One-time credit packs require an active subscription.
      

Prices shown are in USD and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to photos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely to deliver the requested transformation. We do not use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any other purpose.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Submit photos of individuals without their consent
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App
Submit content you do not have rights to use

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are for entertainment only and may be inaccurate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
